REFUND POLICY.

At Overdose Awareness Alberta, our mission is to spread awareness, honor lives lost, and advocate for change. As a nonprofit organization, all proceeds from our merchandise go directly toward supporting our initiatives and community programs.

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our cause, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges at this time. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to find a solution.
